Grape Yubiley Khersonskogo Dachnika is a hybrid form of table grape of a very early ripening period. From budbreak to full ripeness it takes 100–110 days. Ripens in late July – early August. Accumulated active temperatures from budbreak to full ripeness: 2150–2400°C. Vigor ranges from medium to strong. Shoots ripen well and very early. The root system of one-year-old seedlings is very powerful, often two-tiered.

Flowers are functionally female. Pollinates well in mixed plantings with Розовый Тимур, Кишмишем запорожским, Донарой, Новым столетием ЗГТУ, Дианой.

Clusters medium and large, weighing 400–500 g, conical or cylindro-conical in shape, of moderate density or loose. Berries medium to large, weighing 6–7 g and measuring 24x22 mm, oval or round in shape, pink in color, with a more intense coloration on the sunny side. Skin of medium thickness, edible. Flesh meaty-juicy, somewhat watery, with a harmonious flavor. Damaged by wasps to a moderate degree.

Sugar content 16–17%, with acidity 6–7 g/l.

Winter hardiness zone: 6a (buds in the eyes withstand down to -24…-25°C).

Site: not demanding to soil, but grows and fruits better on heavy soils.

Planting: same as for cultivated grape.

Care: responds well to increased doses of phosphate-potassium fertilizers. To obtain clusters of high commercial quality and better pollination, methods such as deep pinching of shoots before flowering, removing some leaves near the inflorescences, and foliar feeding with zinc and boron fertilizers can be applied.

Pruning: Fruiting shoots 60–75%, number of clusters per shoot (fruitfulness coefficient) 1.2–1.6. Load per bush is 35–45 buds, pruning shoots to 8–12 buds. Also fruits well with short pruning to 2–4 buds. Presence of perennial wood contributes to obtaining high yields.

Diseases and pests: Resistance to downy mildew – 2–2.5 points; no symptoms of powdery mildew were observed.

Propagation: cuttings root very well. The hybrid form is compatible with many rootstocks.

Use: Fruits are consumed fresh and used for processing; transportability is average. Recommended for cultivation not only in southern Ukraine but also in northern regions.
