Grape «Platov Jubilee» (Vitis vinifera) – a hybrid table grape form. Ripening period mid-late (130-145 days with a sum of active temperatures of 2800°C).

The vines are medium-vigorous, shoots ripen well. Yield is high, prone to crop overloading. Fruiting coefficient 1.1, fruiting index 0.6.

Clusters of medium density and loose, very large, weighing 600-800 g. Berries very large, oval-ovoid in shape, white with a pinkish blush, measuring 34 x 26 mm and weighing 10-15 g. Taste harmonious, pleasant, flesh meaty-juicy, skin edible. Sugar content up to 19-21%, with acidity 5-6 g/l.

Winter hardiness zone: -19 to -22°C

Location: not demanding on soil, but grows better on light, sufficiently moist, well-warmed and well-drained soil.

Planting and care: similar to that for cultivated grape varieties. It is recommended to use gibberellin after fruit set to increase berry size and to even out berry size.

Pruning: Load 30-40 buds per vine with subsequent removal of excess shoots during the first thinning; prune canes to 6-8 buds. Bud fruitfulness at the base of shoots is high - short pruning to 3-4 buds can be performed.

Diseases and pests: increased resistance to fungal diseases.

Propagation: rooting of cuttings is average.

Uses: suitable for amateur and commercial cultivation. Transportability high, excellent marketable appearance. Yield high and stable. High taste quality.
