Grape 'New Gift to Zaporizhzhia' (Vitis) – a table hybrid grape form of early ripening (120-125 days). It ripens in early August (10 days earlier than 'Gift to Zaporizhzhia').

Vines of medium vigor. Flowers hermaphroditic. Shoots ripen very well. Fruit-bearing shoots 65-80%, number of clusters per shoot 1.5-1.8.

Bunches large, 800-1100 g, individual up to 1.8 kg, cylindro-conical, moderately dense to dense. Berries large, average weight 9.8-11.2 g, 32.6x21.4 mm, elongated, white in color, flesh and skin firm, harmonious flavor. Sugar content 16-19 g/100 cm3, acidity 5-6 g/dm3. Tasting score of fresh grapes 8.2 points.

Winter hardiness zone: 5-8 (-21°C). Bud break up to 65%. Requires winter covering.

Location: not demanding regarding soil, but grows better on light, well-warmed and well-drained ground.

Planting and care: similar to those for cultivated grape. It is recommended to use gibberellin after fruit set to increase berry size and to even out berry size. Spacing between vines at least 2.5-3 m. Responsive to a high level of cultivation and performs better on vigorous training systems with a large reserve of old wood.

Pruning: Fruit-bearing shoots 65-80%, productivity coefficient 1.2-1.7. Fruiting canes are pruned to 8-12 buds. Vine load 45-60 buds with subsequent removal of excess shoots during the first thinning.

Pests and diseases: resistant to downy mildew. Tolerant to phylloxera, rot, powdery mildew.

Propagation: Cutting rooting ability average, graft union compatibility with rootstocks good.

Use: suitable for cultivation in the southern regions of Ukraine. Can be used for commercial growing.
