Large-flowered cinquefoil

Family Rosaceae. Native range - Japan.

It is distinguished by fluffy, gray-green, large strawberry-type foliage and pairs well with plants that have bronze or glaucous foliage. Bright yellow flowers appear from June to November. Height 6-8 cm, the plant spreads to 25 cm in diameter. Undemanding regarding soil; sun-loving. Used in rock gardens and as a groundcover plant.
