Millet

Family: Poaceae (grasses). Habitat: in a sunny, warm location.

Description: this large genus includes a great number of species cultivated as food and forage crops. Many of them have been known since ancient times. The enormous variety of forms and cultivars with panicles in all sorts of colors allows selecting the most attractive ones for ornamental purposes.
