Family Alstroemeriaceae. Description: this genus comprises more than 100 species native to South America and includes climbing plants with long multi-meter stems.
The climbing shoots of this plant grow to 3-4 m. At the end of spring they produce large inflorescences of tubular flowers, the perianths of which are orange on the outside and yellow on the inside. Flowering continues until autumn. The plant is not frost-hardy.
