Occurs in the eastern United States. 40-60 m, in our region only up to 25 m in height, a straight-trunked, fast-growing, completely hardy and resistant to industrial air pollution tree with a large, open crown. Requires moist and deep, fertile soil, and is among our most beautiful and interesting park trees. When planting, careful attention must be paid to ensure that the fleshy roots do not dry out. \r\n\r\n
