Hybrid clematis

Appearance: vine, 1.5 – 3 m long, 1-2 m wide, support diameter 0.2-0.5 cm, medium- or fast-growing, without pruning the majority of branches and flowers are located in the upper third of the plant.

Flowers: large, 6-8 petals, from white to blue-violet and red colors and shades.

Fruits: unattractive.

Leaves: pinnate, dark green.

Root system: superficial, sensitive to high temperatures; the root collar should always be kept in the shade.

Requirements: Sun/partial shade, sensitive to high temperatures, relatively winter-hardy, sensitive to late frosts and wind.

Soils: fresh or moist, acidic or alkaline, fertile, sandy loam or loam, well drained.

Note: very ornamental plants.
