Iris albertii Regel
Family Cruciferae. Practically not found in cultivation.
Leaves broadly sword-shaped, purple-violet at the base. Flower stalk up to 60 cm tall, branched in the upper part. Flowers violet, less often white, scentless, numbering 3-5. Blooms in late May - early June. Winter-hardy. Iris Alberta is recommended for rock gardens and mixed borders.
