Hybrid Helenium

Family Asteraceae. Origin unknown.

This includes most garden hybrids of uncertain origin; however, the main original species is usually Helenium autumnale. Cultivars differ in height, the size, shape and color of the inflorescences, and in the timing and duration of flowering.

For example:

'Гартензонне' ('Gartcnsonnе') - Plant up to 130 cm tall. Inflorescences up to 3.5 cm in diameter. Ray florets reddish-yellow, tubular florets yellow-brown. Flowers from July.

'Гольдлакцверг' ('Goldlackzwerg') - Plant up to 100 cm tall. Inflorescences 3.5-4.5 cm in diameter. Ray florets brownish-orange with yellow tips, tubular florets brown-yellow. Flowers from July.

'Ротгаут' ('Rothaut') - Plant up to 120 cm tall. Inflorescences about 4.5 cm in diameter. Ray florets red-brown, tubular florets yellow-brown. Flowers from July.
