Ross avens

Family Rosaceae. Native to North America, where it is found in the Arctic tundra and among stones on mountain meadows.

Perennial forming dense clumps up to 30 cm wide. Flowers in summer; petal length up to 1 cm. Grows well in any well-drained soil. Hardy to -35 °C.
