Amur shield fern

Family: Shield ferns. It grows in mountain forests in the south of the Russian Far East, in Japan and China. Winter-hardy (zone 3).

Plant up to 50 cm tall, with a thin, long rhizome and leaves borne singly that die back for the winter. Leaf blades triangular-ovate, three- and sometimes four-times pinnately divided, on long petioles.
