Flowers: white, umbel-like inflorescences.
Fruits: white berries.
Leaves: ovate, dark green or bluish, turning yellowish in autumn.
Root system: shallow, sensitive to drought.
Requirements: sun/partial shade, tolerates high temperatures, winter-hardy, wind-resistant, suitable for urban conditions.
Soils: from fresh to moist, acidic or alkaline, any except very poor soils.
