Norway maple 'Farlake's Green'

New cultivar! A fast-growing medium-sized tree, whose ultimate height is not yet known; but according to observations made so far it reliably reaches 15-20 m in height and 6-8 m in width. At first it grows very upright, then becomes more open with a broadly rounded crown. Leaves are dark green with a yellow-orange autumn coloration. It is distinguished by a consistent habit, particularly by its rapid growth and its good adaptability to adverse growing conditions (for example, nutrient-poor soil, urban climate).
