Japanese sophora

Occurs in China and Korea. A tree 15 (-20) m high with a rounded crown and healthy glossy green pinnate leaves that do not fall off for a long time. The fruits are rounded, bead-like pods. A wonderful, particularly resistant to soot, late-flowering park and street tree for fertile and alkaline soils.
