Small-leaved ivy

Small-leaved ivy prefers slightly acidic, humus-containing, moderately dry or moist soil, a humid climate with a mild winter; tolerates summer heat well. Hedera helix is an excellent groundcover plant, especially for shaded and heavily shaded areas.
