Hardy umbrella bamboo

Native to China and Japan. Up to 250 cm in height, a very upright-growing species, with graceful glossy, dark green evergreen leaves up to 12 cm long. A very robust and valuable plant. Suitable for solitary plantings and for bank/shore landscaping. Requires a warm, sunny site.
