Field maple spherical (Campestre Nanum)

Compact, globose-growing, densely branched form, no more than 3-4 m in height, with a clearly weaker habit and much smaller leaves than those of Асеr campestre. Greenish-yellow panicles appear in May. With a long trunk it forms a rounded crown no more than 2-3 m in diameter. An excellent addition to the range of trees with a small, globose crown that are used in private and public green plantings; also suitable as a container plant.
