Birch

The genus Betula, diverse in species and forms, holds many surprises for both garden architects and amateurs; it offers various possibilities of use. All species are strictly light-loving trees, they do not tolerate shading and are hardy. While the majority of them, for example В. pendula, tolerate drought very well, others, like В. Nigra and В. Nana, grow excellently in moist locations.
