A method of disinfecting biological substances, the essence of which is that conditions favorable for the development of microorganisms are first created and their spores germinate, then the temperature is raised and the active microbes die. Repetition of such cycles leads to all the spores germinating and the microbes that developed from them dying. In this way sterility is achieved.
